My love of anything having to do with dolls and dollhouses started long before I became a serious doll collector. As children, dolls are our playmates, our best friends, and (in the dark of the night) sometimes our protectors. This web page is a place for me to share with other doll lovers of all ages, the dolls I have spent my whole life collecting. Make sure to click the "Older Posts" button at the bottom of the page in order to see the whole collection.

Valentine's Day Dollhouse Tour

This is my valentine dollhouse. Everything is pink and it is filled with cupids, roses and hearts everywhere you look. Notice that the fried egg and waffles on the coffee table are heart shaped. Click on the pictures to see more detail.

Below are more detailed shots of some of the miniatures that I made. Like Barbie and Ken and a couple of Breyer model horses still in their boxes. I also turned a regular white poodle into a fancy pink poodle with a jeweled collar.

Easter Dollhouse Tour

This is a project I've been working on for quite a while. Whenever I do a big dollhouse, it can take years to finish. That's part of the fun. Creating every  little detail bit by bit, and slowly seeing it all come together is a lot of fun. The house itself, I bought already finished. But I had to buy or make all the other items and put them in myself. Most of the little bunny items in the curio cabinet had to be sculpted by hand. They just don't sell a lot of Easter dollhouse items that small.

My Haunted Doll--Just in Time for Halloween

Some of you may not know that besides being an avid doll collector, I am also a published author. My first book was call Forbidden Sea. It was a story about mermaids. But the book I wrote next was one about haunted dolls. This book has yet to be published. But I recently came across a doll that looked exactly like my favorite haunted doll from this story and I just had to buy him. And then I created a video that would bring him to life--just like in my book. Please enjoy this not-so-scary haunted doll video just in time for Halloween.

My Dollhouse Stop Motion Test

I've been learning how to do stop motion animation. I thought a couple of my dolls would make some good video subjects.

1:12 Scale Dollhouse Miniature Fireworks

I made this 1:12th scale dollhouse box of fireworks by finding some firework labels online and shrinking them down and printing them onto card stock. I then cut them out and created the fireworks which were then glued into the box. So simple and easy to make.

Tour of a Hutch Converted into a Christmas Dollhouse

I saw a picture of a dollhouse that someone had made out of an old hutch and immediately knew I had to create one for myself. It took a while to find the right hutch. It took even more time to convert and decorate it like a dollhouse. I have a Halloween dollhouse and a Valentine's Day dollhouse, so I decided it was time to make a Christmas dollhouse. The pictures below are of the final product. Click on the pictures to zoom in.
